I have been a patient of Wisconsin Spine and Pain for over a decade. I have chronic pain from injuries that will never get better as I age. The care that I receive from Them is Top Notch. They have prescribed a cocktail of medicines that allow me to be nearly pain free and still allow me to function daily. If you are in constant Chronic Pain and looking for a pain doctors office that truly cares about your well being. Have your primary care physician send a referral for you to Wisconsin Spine and Pain. They will review your symptoms and get you on the road to a normal daily life without the severity of pain that you are in. I am so thankful for the quality of care that I do receive every time I see them. No Regrets. Tell them Danny sent you.

I just wanted to say, first of all, how friendly, kind, compassionate, efficient and helpful Rebecca, the front desk assistant, was. She took the time to interact with us, to make conversation and to go above and beyond to help us. She started and ended the appointment for us on a very positive note. Dr. Raymond Sohn was Wonderful as well. He really delves into your history by covering all bases in having you fill out questionnaires regarding your symptoms and health history. He took the time to listen to us and our concerns and was very helpful and referred us to a doctor he thought had great expertise in the health concerns we were facing. My husband and I were very satisfied with our first visit.

I like that appointment is quick & easy. Exam is not as painful as with previous PA. People were cordial and friendly. Halloween theme was alot of fun. Even had a contest for patients to vote on best pumpkin. It helps distract from constant pain. Even Sara O'Rourke, PA, wore lil white matching ghosts with her outfit. It made me feel at home. She offered me very good advice to help me get through daily issues. It was good to hear as I've been googling information to solve simple problems.

I originally enjoyed the quality of service my first time using WSP 3 years ago, with that being said I've noticed a decline in service, follow up on emergency calls or any follow up for that matter. When I call in to give feed back it's almost always falling on deaf ears...nobody calls back. When I leave urgent messages I rarely get a follow up call, it seems the calls are routed to another location where nobody calls you back. Case and point, I had thrown my back out on a Tuesday, I called Dr. Sohns' /WSP office to get scheduled for injections (Dr. Sohn had told me to call immediately if I ever threw my back out)...I called multiple times over 2 days and never received a call, I was scheduled for office visit/assessment on Friday. Upon seeing Dr. Sohn, he asked my why I waited so long, he could have fit me in on Thursday...his usual day of surgery, when I told him I tried...(his nurse confirmed I had called multiple times)...nothing was said to excuse the oversight of follow through. Sadly disappointed, M. King P.S. I have gone back there to receive injections this past Oct. and must say the service/follow up has not gotten any better. This has been mentioned to receptionists (3 different), nurses (2) and I was told to Dr. Sohn. Most likely going to seek another venue for service. The outcome was satisfactory but overall not happy with professionalism

Brian from Nevro is great to work with! He's very patient with me even though I don't always have a clear understanding of how my spinal cord stimulator works. He takes the time to clearly explain things to me in a way I can understand them! I appreciate that! The only frustration I'm facing in regard to my spinal cord stimulator is that the battery pack that's implanted is very prominent and catches on things like a chair that has a cut out back rest on it. This is annoying and can be painful when it happens. I was told the battery pack can not be implanted any deeper because then it won't charge properly. My only option is to have it moved to a different area of my back, and that's still no guarantee that it'll be better. I guess I'll wait for the 6 month mark (it's only been 3) and see if things improve before taking action.
