Overall it was a nice experience. Check in personel was nice.Ms.Catherine Leigh was extremely nice, very helpful and understanding to my shoulder pain One thing I wasn' t pleased about was the x-ray techs. They could be a little bit more compassion When a older persob comes in , they should understand that person already feels bad, they are nervous, and like myself might be hard of hearing.The last thing the patient needs, is someone to make them feel like they are being condensing to the patient. I was impressed how professional and caring Ms.Leigh was. My, first time to see her.
I injured my foot on a Tuesday and was able to see Dr. Ross on Thursday which was amazing to me. Dr. Ross is a delightful man who really listens to you and is mindful of your circumstances, not requiring tests that are not necessary. He uses common sense with his expert knowledge. I highly recommend him! Also, the other personnel I encountered at Capital Orthopedic were kind and efficient. I was most impressed and pleased with the care given.
All the doctors at Capital Ortho are great. NP Leigh Wilson is great. She is a caring, knowledgeable nurse practitioner. She's friendly and really listens to her patients. She has so many good ideas for workarounds while you're recovering. She's terrific!

Went to Dr Kellum for a second opinion. After I was told by ms sports medicine I needed surgery, I saw Dr Kellum and he assured me I didn’t. He was knowledgeable and his bedside manner was great. Spent 10-15 minutes with me talking about my foot. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush me. He spent plenty of time explaining everything. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Kellum
