These people have been so kind from the get go. My son has autism and he’s very sensory sensitive (like down to the mask that he is gonna have to wear to be put under) and these people went above and beyond to ensure that we were prepared for what was to come surgery day. Sara in particular sent me pictures, explained things in great detail, and just overall took the time to make sure my little one feels safe♥️
I had my surgery here , The best team I've ever seen the RN's , Anesthesiologist , And My surgeon Joshua Taylor, MD. If I were to get surgery again I would only want to go here. ( Hopefully I don't need anymore) Thank you so much for the whole team taking care of me I never felt so important in my life. I forgot their name's but I will always remember their wonderful faces. I was here on 08/08/2025 and my name is Emily. May god bless these hard working people for life and eternity.
BEWARE ! Arrived early for 7am appointment for cyst removal. After 9 before taking me from pre-op into surgery. They took the lady next to me that came in after me back before me ? When approaching the desk when I first arrived she's on the phone asking if they can arrive by 8:15 they could take her early? I'm thinking was this the one on the phone? Mean while others are apologizing for the backup for surgery. They don't put me to sleep, nor any anxiety medication! They have me transferre from bed to operating table and start strapping my legs and arms down like I was being executed! The surgeon immediately start injecting me at least 4-5 places with numbing solution that burns horrifically! Finally the numb-nut starts the I done care solution into my IV. No joke! I close my eyes for moments when I opened them low and behold I panic! because they have a drape over my head and face. Three years ago I had 2 strokes 5 days apart that took my vocal cords...I can talk now but it's a whisper and I'm trying to scream! Begging them to please remove it not being able to breathe! Having COPD already lying on a flat pillow.... Never Ever Again!!! I will go to the hospital where I wanted it done to begin with where they actually have a quality control environment. When they finally removed the drape the guy that address himself as helping the individual that puts you to sleep is gluing the incision and accidentally glues my left breast to the incision! He was able to pull them apart... Thank God! I actually took photos that shows the bruises caused by pulling them apart with the glue residue on my breast. So very unprofessional place. Trust me, I've told everyone that take the time to listen! They told me that they would not be putting me Fully Under too many circumstances but that I wouldn't know anything... further from the truth! This was last Tuesday, it's been a week post-op and I am still waking up in a panic, can't breathe and having horrible dreams that are so vivid! I can hear the monitor warning in the post-op room going off because my BP was so high! I couldn't get dressed and out of there fast enough! Never Ever Again!
I had an amazing experience at the Tennessee Surgery Center. Everyone was super pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and they made sure I had everything that I needed. I would like to thank Kaci for being patient with me from the very beginning of the appointment. The nurse in the surgery room and the anesthesiologist took great care of me. Dr. Lett was amazing, funny, and even prayed with me before surgery. I am super grateful and I had the best experience. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I had surgery at Tennessee Surgery Center on April 1. Upon discharge I was told someone would call the next morning to check on me. I did not get a call but I got a questionnaire by text the second day after surgery. It questioned if the incision sight was red or swollen and I answered yes because it was RED. A question asked if the packing was wet and I answered negatively due to no packing and it questioned if I would like someone to call and I said yes. This is Sunday after the surgery (5 days) and I still have not received a call. I guess we are on our own after surgery. I was treated well during surgery which is the most important.
