Been here 3 times now, felt like the first two times I was listened to (Dr Robinson), this last time I went for a visit/medication refill and was completely and utterly what felt like “scolded” and made to feel like i’m some sort of drug addict seeking opiates which is FAR from true (Dr Archibald). I am in constant pain and haven’t been able to find a single solution to help with it other than taking opiates EVERY SO OFTEN. Very much not addicted and not trying to get more than I need which is maybe a couple pills a month to smooth over the hard days. I also feel like they push back injections onto you even if that might not be the sole reason of the pain and that goes for everyone. Will be going back but very hesitant to tell them how i’m feeling as I feel they don’t care, rush you, make you wait 45+ minutes in the room and then come in assuming you’re something you’re not before even getting to know you and your story.

My husband and I are both patients of the Southwest Spine and Pain Center.Dr Archibald is genuinely interested in our wellbeing and offers other services that might help our certain situations. He is kind and always friendly. He is very easy to talk too. The nurses are also friendly and helpful.

Dr. Robinson, Dr. Archibald and The entire staff there at the RICHFIELD location of Southwest Spine & Pain our hands-down, the best in their industry. They listen to their patients and they treat them with respect and dignity and the service you receive from them shows they care about you personally not about anything else.

My husband recommended getting injections because I’ve had back/hip pain for 25 years. After my MRI they saw I had inflamed nerves causing the pain. Everyone at the office is very friendly. The whole procedure took about 5 minutes and I instantly had relief! I shouldn’t have waited so long.

Dr Robinson helped me feel welcome and comfortable when I was pretty nervous for the procedure. I really appreciate his kindness
