Worst experience of my life. Not professional, empathetic, and doesn’t use preventative items. No gloves, nurse had a runny nose and cough no gloves or mask. She did not wash her hands one time I watched and no sanitizer. Was not informed of meds that would be given prior to surgery. Had a horrible/traumatizing experience with ketamine. Should’ve been told the affects of that medication. Operating room no gloves one nurse with mask, anesthesiologist sneezing no mask no gloves. Supposed to be a sterile environment. Post op was maybe 15 min your not all the way awake and they ship u out the door. Spoke with manager and of course sided with her staff. Very sad..I do not recommend this facility for anyone. Very angry and was the worst experience ever.
Dr Munir and his entire staff are wonderful. I was referred in severe pain and was able to be seen and given epidural injections the same day. They are a caring, compassionate group and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
Nursing staff, reception staff, OR staff and Dr. Sloop were so kind, compassionate and professional.
The staff is so friendly & Dr. Tricia is the best!!! Makes you feel like part of the family. Has helped control my pain without steroids or addicting drugs.
The entrance and parking for the patient are on the right corner of the building. Left side entrance is for employees only. Please make sure about it for your first visit.
They treat a variety of urgent medical conditions, including injuries, infections, and acute pain management.
Please bring a valid ID, your insurance information, and any relevant medical records.
Yes, they accept walk-ins for emergency care, but they recommend calling ahead to minimize wait times.
