I went into Southpoint surgery center for a scheduled cataract surgery. I was greeted by a very friendly agent named. Tirzah. Not only did Tirza Welcome me with a beautiful smile, But she was very professional In completing all the steps necessary to have me checked in prior to surgery. It was a great pleasure to deal with her. As I went in for my procedure, Christine, the nurse that prepared me for surgery Was equally friendly as well as very gentle with inserting the IV tube. Overall, my experience with Southpoint surgery center was very positive. I believe the team members go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their patients. Tirzah Also follow up with me the following day to make sure that everything was well with my eye. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Each department was filled with friendly, patient and professional people. I would highly recommend this center for any eye surgery needed.
Southpoint Surgical Center is a good Surgical Center. For the most part people are friendly some were probably a little to serious than they needed to be. For the most part people are friendly. I really like Dr. Kostick he was very kind and non-judgmental. I was really super scared the days leading up to having my surgery. Everything was good, they were there and available to talk to me when I needed to have a conversation, or had questions and that I really appreciate.
This was a very professional, kind, caring, and relaxing surgery center from the time I walked in until the time I left. The staff were wonderful. I have another surgery scheduled soon and have no anticipation or fears because I know I'll be in good hands. Thank you all for making my surgery such a success.
These folks have it together. Check in was friendly and fast and not just mine. I saw others receiving the same service as I was waiting on my turn with my doctor. The waiting room was not crowded and very clean and well organized. A pleasant experience in itself.
