I had a gastroscopy procedure done by the doctor Alexander Shapsis, and his wonderful team, and I want to express my sincere gratitude. Beginning at the front desk - great welcoming attitude. When my assigned number was called, nurse waited for me to come to the door then escorted me the to the cubicle, instructions warm and welcoming. Someone had an accident in the bathroom, it was reported, and immediately took care of. 5*
Dr. Wall and his staff are all professional, attentive, kind, caring and calm. I am so very appreciative for all of that at a vulnerable time. I hope they are aware of how much that truly means . Bedside manner is so important . I also have 2 friends that were saved by this office ! Very thankful🙏
