Sog Surgery Center

I have been seen by a few providers and they have all been great! I recently had my knee replaced by Dr. Roberson and he took time and explained things thoroughly. I was also given a lot of information to help prepare prior to the surgery. The office was wonderful in setting up at home therapy as well as going out to therapy. I have never had to wait longer than five minutes in the waiting room to be taken back. The staff are friendly and professional

I was really impressed. A little afraid about what what choices I had. When my Doctor told me for now injections was ok. No knee surgery for now. I felt good about that. That my knee looked pretty good. I felt good. I am well pleased. Thanks to the Doctor, X-ray tech, Nurses, and Everyone who were so kind to me.

I had an excellent experience with Specialty Orthopedic Group and Dr.Taylor Mathis for my knee surgery. The staff was outstanding from start to finish - professional, kind and efficient. From check-in to discharge, I felt well cared for and confident I was receiving top level care. I could not have asked for a better experience under the circumstances. Highly recommend.

This was one of the most energetic and knowledgeable office of people ever! From entry to exit! A lot of paperwork but the great part is each one receives a little iPad and all your information is on there versus writing everything. And they make you feel very comfortable about asking things you don’t understand. The nurse that took me in and asked questions was so chipper and interested in what you were saying beyond just getting answers! Every step was explained and you as the patient had a voice! Now the techs that did the xray, man It was top notch! The way they greeted you and explained and assisted you, it was so loving and patient and lots of laughs!!! The doctor I had was Dr. Phillip Sandifer! This dude came flying in the room, right up close and a big smile and hand stretched out to shake mines and the energy all in one package made me jump in total surprise but excited!! He was very professional and yet personal at the same time. He truly listened and gave you a voice as he checked you out! He had no issue ordering test to back up what his thoughts and feelings were. He also allowed me to have a voice in my care. I had a bad experience with the method he wanted to use and he didn’t make me feel like I’m exaggerating and he didn’t force it, he came up with other solutions and it was so wonderful to feel heard and shown compassion. The ones who checked me out had beautiful smiles and explained my next steps, right next to them were the PT scheduling young lady who had us laughing and got me set up. This experience truly was so welcoming that I had to write this book!!! Give honor where honor is due!!!

I just wanted to thank Dr.Jeb Williams and the staff at SOG.During my total hip replacement Two years ago it’s been 100% after the 6-8 weeks healing time. I’ve been having to have injections, in my left knee, I know I’ll have to eventually have it replaced, but I didn’t have to have one for almost a year, I had one this past Friday and it feels so much better, I couldn’t hardly even walk without excruciating pain, I could feel the difference when I left. I appreciate Dr.Jeb and the staff for listening to my concerns. 10/10 recommend.
