Dr Royer was very thorough with colonoscopy. The staff was very nice and walked me through every step. This is my 4 th colonoscopy over many years so I remember most of it . I was nervous having a new doctor. My previous Dr at transouth retire. So new doctor new clinic. I met Dr Royer for consultation he took the time to ask questions give answers and explain procedure. Day of procedure they were on point got instructions on what I needed to do .
Poor administrative services at 27B. Poor front desk services at 27B. Poor follow up. I've been waiting about 3 weeks for test results. When I called a nurse was supposed to get back to me. That's been about a week ago, no call. I called again to get my results, the rep said she'd again leave a message for the nurse.
We’ll have been waiting a call for a reschedule for a colonoscopy for 1 year now! Not even a it will be soon working on it call. Have checked on it myself at least 3 times and the same answer “on the list” Well never mind. Found someone else who really cares if my husband David lives or dies! Not recommend, ever!!!!!

The doctors are top notch , very well educated , extremely caring , and take everything condition extremely serious . They know what they are doing . Just a all around great group of doctors and nurses there highly recommend!
