Simi Valley Surgery Center

I was here with my husband who had an appointment, I was shocked that they were taking patient phone calls on speaker. I was able to hear the patient state the first and last name and date of birth and proceed to speak about their health issues in front of a full lobby! I found it highly unethical and a hippa violation. It proceeded to get worse and they had none of my husbands results sent in, which was odd because they called him in to an earlier day to go over his results! We are currently searching for a more ethical office:

I’m a victim of medical neglect from this facility. All they do is preform endoscopy and colonoscopy. If they are clear, they will not try other treatments to help your symptoms. They will most likely tell you you’re anxious. For years, I was with this so called Dr Fan. I now have a feeding tube and other issues that could’ve been addressed earlier. But now it’s too late to reverse the damage. Don’t go here if you care about yourself
