This NOMS Billing department NO one is ever at the front desk you ring this bell outside the door of the building but NO one answers. This has happened (2) x's today I decided to let it be known..standing outside of a building is not what I like doing especially when I'm trying to pay my bill! Either you are opened for business between 10AM to 2:45PM or everyone is on break. FYI the parking lot was full of cars.
