Calling to make an appointment has got to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I have had to call several times because the people working there tend to hang up immediately and I have to call again. Recently when trying to call for an appointment for whatever reason they ended up transferring my call to the surgery department immediately upon them picking up the call. The people in the appointment center either need to be trained properly or replaced because I shouldn't have to call over 8 times just to confirm or make an appointment. Slowly starting to consider finding someplace else because this has been ridiculous
I had scheduled an over the phone visit for today (3/4/26) with Dr. Villafranca, but he never called. This isn’t the first time this happens. Don’t come here, the lack of professionalism is acceptable. Switching providers ASAP!
The customer services to make an appointment is the worst. Everything else it’s a great customer service the nurses even know you by ur name thank you Maria, Johanna , yennifer and Violeta. The customer service you beautiful ladies give is fabulous.
worst experience with their laboratory department, they will have you waiting for hours just to get blood drawn. staff said they are closed and will be back in 15mins. they didn't come back til 30mins later. definitely need new medical members because they were the worst.
Terrible service!!! called to get some help regarding medication and instead got a response of if he knows he needs his medication he should not be going on vacation. I felt this was neglect to help out the member after mentioning his appointment is next week due to the doctor being on leave it had gotten pushed. She continued to bring up history of appointments when instead of finding a solution to the problem she was just making the situation HARDER AND STRESSFUL!! my great uncle is elderly and deserves to go on vacation he is retired. He has his yearly checkup so was confused to why Silvia kept saying to me he should not be going on vacation if he is diabetic. I did not know someone that is diagnosed with diabetes is not allowed to travel. He has been going here for years second guessing if he should continue going here he likes the front desk staff and Elizabeth but this person did make it very stressful for him.
