Issues with billing. Did not bill my insurance correctly. Never sent a bill just put it on my credot report and sent it to collections.
If you are a senior on limited income do not use this facility. 1)they are so antiquated they do not have a website to make payments2)they are very threatening when you do not make payments - they will not work with you on this, even if you are low income. 3)If you don't make payments they will forward you to collections
So happy with my experience. I suffer with high anxiety and the staff and nurses were so kind and helpful. Highly recommended! Dr. Woods is very kind and explains everything and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. They all make an uncomfortable situation so much more calming.

For a place named serenity they should reconsider the noisy violent television programming for maybe soothing music instead...nice staff. Just uncomfortable waiting area.
