I called the billing department at 12:30 to ask about a bill I received. I was told that the office is closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. This is incredibly inconvenient as someone who also works 8 AM to 5 PM and has a break for lunch from 12 to 1 and this is the only time that I’m able to make phone calls. It would be very helpful if there was someone who could help at the desk when lunch is happening for those who also work full time jobs and cannot make calls within their work hours. I truly hope I don’t collect a late fee because I have not been able to talk to anyone at the office and no one will try to help me. Incredibly disappointed in this!

Have had to drive two different people here on 4 occasions. People are sacrificing a part of their day so someone can get there and home safely because they’re not allowed to drive after the meds/anesthesia. It’s not irrational to want to plan accordingly and have a rough estimate of when you’ll be able to get back to work or home. Here I sit in the parking lot at 4 PM after dropping someone off for a simple procedure that was to begin at 1:30!!!! They did call me and tell me there would be delays but it’s over an hour past the estimated time in which the patient was supposed to be able to leave. This has happened on all 4 occasions I’ve dropped someone here(but never close to this absurdly late) and the folks who MANAGE this place obviously aren’t scheduling with any respect at all for the folks who are taking time to drop and pick up patients. UNACCEPTABLE

Both my husband and I have each had two routine colonoscopies performed here in the past 5 years. As someone that has spent extensive time in a variety of health care facilities throughout the Capital Region and NYC in the past three years, I rate this facility and experience among the VERY BEST. The facility itself is immaculate. The staff from the bottom to top are exceptional. Dr Malamood and his team made us feel so comfortable. Everything is checked, double -checked, and explained to you in a thorough and caring manner. It speaks volumes to be surrounded by people who seem genuinely happy to be at work! This place is organized and run like a well-oiled machine. For those who think waiting a few extra minutes for appointments and procedures in this day and age of health care, you are clueless. There are simply too many unwell people to keep up and expect a process that will probably only get worse over time in today's age of ever increasing sickness. Great Job to all those involved with the operation of this facility. Can't think of a single suggestion.

Locked my endoscopy results behind an additional appointment, it's been years and I still have no idea what they found. In person appointment are for treatment, my results should be released to me.
