I had a great experience today for a IUD placement. I seen a review that said it looked like the place is from the 1960s and I did not think that so I believe they might have renovated lol ! It looked modern/up to date.
Visited the Santa Cruz Surgery Center in December 2025 for an Endoscopy & Colonoscopy. From the Security Guard who screens all visitors to keep patients safe to the warm welcome from the Receptionist to the Admitting Nurse Marguerite who starts your IV WITHOUT PAIN and to ALL the other staff, everyone was great. Nice and clean facilities, plenty of parking and easy dropoff and pickup. Highly recommend this facility and their talented and professional staff.
I had excellent care and a great experience despite the surgical procedure. I was treated so well by everyone and taken care of. Dr Anjelly explained what was going to happen and it made me feel safe and confident. Thanks to your entire staff!
the doctors and nurses at santa cruz surgery center are great. however, the bureaucrats that work in billing are terrible!!! The day before my surgery they called me and told me they would need a payment the next day. I gave them a $3,000 cash payment. Now that payment has been lost and sutter health wants their money. Terrible billing experience with santa cruz surgery center. Definitely don't pay these idiots in cash!!!!!
I would’ve given the surgery center of five Dr Major and everybody else gave me really nice care, I felt really well taken care of. When I was getting ready to leave, I was told I would receive my biopsy results in two weeks in writing or someone would call me if it was something serious. A month later I got a message from Stanford health that I had a new test result in my inbox, and it turned out that my biopsies were cancerous. I just feel it was really inconsiderate and a lack of Compassion that no one reached out to me to let me know I have cancer.
