My experience at this surgery place was great as it was my first time ever having surgery! Dr. Fajardo did an amazing job helping me with my fractured elbow, I’m very grateful. The receptionist team was incredibly kind to me! My pre op nurses Lisa, Kaylie(I forgot if that’s her name sry), and post op nurse Dena thank you for assisting and helping me through a little scary time. Gosh I’m very lucky I had such kind nurses who helped me so much! Thank you to the anesthesiologist Dr Pearson as well. Everyone in the surgical center was patient and extremely helpful! Thank you Salt Creek! - BC

Personally I had an amazing experience here. Staff were extremely professional and polite the entire time. They made me feel safe and well informed, my husband was by my side nearly the entire time before and after surgery. Staff has made sure to check in after my procedure, all in all I had an amazing experience at this facility.
Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. These guys are great. Monitor to see where the patient is in the process. We were able to be with our daughter before they wheeled her in and in the recovery area after she woke up. Everyone was very informative and answered all our questions.
Pre- surgery, post surgery, the staff were great. It's after I went home and had some post op issues with numbness, and pain to the point I felt I needed to call and get direction on how to proceed. All I got were two phone numbers of which both went to voice mail promising a call back within 24 hours. Had to go to urgent care because hours later no one had called. AGAIN, today, called and needed instructions on what to do because I got my cast wet and was trying to find out what to do. It's really the only job you have when your dealing with patients, or post op patients who encountered issues that the staff or someone should be fielding. Instead of feeling like your being taken care of in a time when you're going through a major surgery, you feel like you got left to hang out to dry. Pre- op,post - op were good. Its the aftercare. Not being able to reach anyone and only being given the option of leaving a voice mail and someone would get back to you in 24 hours? When your fresh out of surgery, and you feel your having some issues regarding the surgery you had 24 hours ago ,and you get hit with a voice mail. You feel left to hang out to dry in a sense. I had to go to urgent care to address the issues I had going on.Great surgery, everyone professional. The ball was dropped I feel, where simply having someone fielding these calls coming in so that a patient can address a live person with there medical issues. NOT be told to leave a message and 'someone ' will get back to you is not the proper protocol or procedure to give a # out to call and you get hit with an answering message? It's an overnight. That service of being able to get a live person when dealing with people who are fresh out of surgery should absolutely be able to get ahold of a person, and not a voice recording telling you we'll get back to you when we can in the next 24 hours? Seems like something that should have been covered.
