From the beginning, the place was clean, organized and everyone was very professional, kind and easy to work with. The waiting room was comfortable with ample space. The wait time was so minimal that it isn't even worth mentioning. All team members from Dr Senussi, nurses Dan, Reid and Shyla, to front desk help, James, left me with a feeling of confidence that my procedure would go well, and it did! They were right, the hardest part is over before I even walked in the door :) Great work Salem Endoscopy!!! 5 stars! See ya in 8-10 years!
The doctor and staff were all very professional, very helpful and friendly. They made an unpleasant experience much more tolerable and as pleasant as such a thing can be. My prep nurse was excellent. She explained things really well and she made me smile and relax which brought my blood pressure back down. Good experience.
The whole team is a well oiled machine, culminating in chipper Dr. Hoda to put you at ease. "Enjoy your nap" is exactly what happens. Highly recommend!
This place is the best! They have their systems down really well. They’ll get you in and out. The procedure was easy. The prep is rough but helps you lose weight. First picture of me is right after Dr. George is incredible great bedside manner. She knows what she’s doing and if you want a doctor who’s in and out and get your problem solved she’s the one!
