Round Rock Surgery Center

I would like to say that RRSC runs like a most well-oiled machine. Their team works in a most seamless fashion meeting a patient’s every concern. I was greeted in the waiting area and in approximately twenty-five minutes it would be my having been gowned, seen by pre-op RN, pain management physician, and anesthesia. My vital signs obtained and IV were in. And within minutes of this being completed it would be my rolled to the procedure room. And it would be the physician close at my side and then anesthesia administered. It was the orderly and structured process that kept my stay in pre-op to a minimum that kept my spirit at ease. They always, always take good care. It's very important to them that your comfortable. Which is why having the option for sedation or not is important for myself. They also work with Uber Medical so if by chance you want sedation but don't have a ride you'll still be able to make your appointment.

As a first time patient who had never had any type of surgical procedure this place was the best first time experience from the nurse who calls you a week before your procedure to front desk to everyone in the back. Thank you for making me feel safe & calm I highly recommend this place. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would !

This review is for 2025. My visit was over all a very good one. Justine at check in was very fast, professional, courteous, and had a excellent customer service so I am very grateful for her. Ashley the anesthesiologist, again was so professional and she always makes me feel secure. I am very confident that she knows exactly how to do her job and that I will be in very good hand's when I have to go in so I am very thankful for her as well. The nurse Clay has excellent customer service as well, thank you. Of course I have to thank my doctor, Dr. Dennis because he also is extremely knowledgeable and takes well care of his patient's. Thank you and I still highly recommend this facility for your medical needs. Five star's from me, and I do hope that they get recognized for their excellent effort's in what they do because they are the faces of this facility and make all the difference in the lives of their patient's medical care.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This review is from 3 years ago. Overall, I had a good experience. Andrew F. was one of the nurse's that attended me after a procedure at the surgery center. Andrew F. was very professional, carring, and kind. Thank you to Ashley the Anesthesiologists, Dr. Dennis, and Andrew F. for making this experience easier, and I knew that I was in good hand's. No idea about billing. What I know is Dr.Adams took a scared, alone patient that had a previously not positive experience and then a problem on the day of injection and was magnificent! I am sorry for getting upset that there was that problem. Yet y'all treated me better than I have ever been treated. Under some frustrations on my part, my whole team was made of priceless gifts packaged in humanity. I went from upset to honored and beyond appreciative. This man said he wanted to help and he did! No amount of thank you will do justice for restoring everything I felt I had been wronged in. Easily the best doctor I could have had.
