Highly Recommend! Dr. Finkelstein is the man ! He was professional, warm, communicative and extremely proficient. As an eye surgeon myself, I understand the importance of being able to build a level of trust with each patient and I immediately felt at ease. He talked me through the procedure step by step and everything went flawlessly. I could not be more impressed. Equally amazing were the staff, everyone from the front desk to the nurses who cared for me with empathy and kindness. I am deeply appreciative to this incredible team of professionals. I’ve had two different visits here and both of them had been great. It’s a small facility close to home with very reasonable guidelines for patients and their transportation. I had surgery yesterday and once they verified I had a ride - they allowed her to leave rather than stay and just wait. They communicated well throughout the process. The entire team - from the scheduler to the care team was great. Super nice and very efficient.
3rd visit and as like the previous two, excellent experience. Dr Finkelstein is easy to talk to and explains everything. The staff are fantastic and hats off today to Michelle ( my “W” lady), Shannon, Gina, Alex, Gary and Erin!!
