My experience with this facility was delightful. After having an issue with my Dr and consent forms they were able to make contact, and receiving the necessary forms in a timely manner. Jeremy first assisted and Grace completed everything including my prep. I couldn't have asked for better staff. I sincerely hope they both get an accommodation for a job well done and putting a worried patient to ease. There are still genuinely caring people out there. Thanks Grace and Jeremy!
The billing department there is terrible. I have a bill of almost $1000 which is fine and I was aware of it, but I was gonna use my HRA card however since they put it through as an Eye Center, even though I had a foot surgery, my HRA card won’t pay it cause they don’t cover eye. I called the office and they were no help. Highly disappointed and will never go there again be aware of billing.
Zero stars if I could. Worst experience ever with surgery center, treating family and patient like herding cattle get you in and out as fast as possible. Does not have any consideration for family members. They do not sit with or check on patient while waiting for surgery. Nurse sits behind desk and talks on cell phone. The doctor does not even have time to come talk to patient or family post surgery just moves to next patient. Gave discharge instructions to patient with out family member present even though patient is still waking up from surgery. Will never go there again for anything with any doctor associated with the surgical center. Doctor ruined my husband eye lost vision from cataract surgery now has to go to Wills Eye for major eye surgery.
I was not, at all, pleased with my experience at the Center For Advanced Surgical Arts. The staff, at the main office, were not as friendly, as I expected. In fact, I was billed incorrectly. The staff, in the office, where I was being prepared for surgery, were not very "warm and fuzzy." I, naturally, was nervous, and, I would have appreciated people who were comforting and kind, especially, since I am a senior citizen.
The doctors and nurses were fantastic at relieving my anxiety. My surgery went smooth as silk. If you ever need their services I strongly recommend using this facility.
