My wife and I had colonoscopies here today. Everyone couldn’t have been more kind and supportive. From walking in and being checked in by a very friendly receptionist, the nurse who then brought you into the prep area, all the nurses who got you prepped, the friendly anesthesiologists, the wonderful doctor who did the procedure and was so nice, to the nurses and techs who got you ready to go and wheeled us out, it couldn’t have been better. Lots of care and concern from everyone, nice interactions between staff members, and a quick turnaround. Thank you all so much for making an unpleasant procedure very easy!!! I would think that if you needed any procedure done this would be a fantastic place to go. Highest recommendation!
My experience couldn't have been better! Lorrie helped calm me down and fill out my registration form the Friday before my procedure. I was trying for an half an hour on line and kept getting booted out. I was so frustrated and in tears, that I drove over to River Valley, and Lorrie was an immense help. Thank you Lorrie. Both Lizzie and Krista were amazing and had such a caring and calming way. Poor Krista had to clean up after me and was so kind. Thank you both. Sheryl was lovely and also so kind. Thank you Sheryl. Another great experience at River Valley! Our team was exceptional! From brenda greeting us and getting our paperwork altogether, Lizzie and Dr dada, Steve, Colleen, Tanya and Amanda were wonderful! Dr. Dellacono was exceptional as well! Great team!
When my Fiancée passed out when I was getting prepped for surgery they all rushed quickly to help her and took great care of her and made sure she was ok. I really appreciated how quickly they rushed to help her and got her to the ground so she didn’t fall and hit her head. My surgery experience there was also really amazing!
I had a wonderful experience at this facility. All team members, including Brenda, Jenn B, Sarah, Danielle, & Robin were so kind and very accommodating to me and my family. We will definitely return and recommend river valley ASC for future health needs!
