Resurgens East Surgery Center

I woke up with immense pain in my neck and the assistance I received from Resurgens was excellent. The rep I made an appointment with over the phone mistakenly made it for the next day which I couldn't do bc I was in so much pain but the front desk person was able to schedule me when I showed up. The visit was very efficient, smooth and fast. I was in and out within an hour. No fluff. Straight and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan. I'm so thankful for them.

I am not at all pleased with Dr. Greenfield Front desk, representatives and nurses are great however, my visit was pointless I came in with severe sciatic nerve pain, hoping for relief. All the doctor did was go over x-rays and notes that came from the hospital and prescribe me some inflammation medicine he told me that he would also prescribe me a steroid which I was never given no lidocaine patches anything !,that would’ve been helpful .My main concern is that I had to pay $25 to get FMLA papers signed for intermittent leave as well as give a note of what I needed to fulfill my job requirements My asks Were that I work eight hours shifts and be excused for appointments or time off that I would need in lieu of pain The intermittent leave section was crossed out with an X and “needs to work Eight hour shifts” was stamped on everything else.. Meaning that left me with no job protection for the time that I missed, which ultimately costed me my job I did everything I was supposed to do on my end And the doctor decided that working eight hour shifts Was enough for me. In the same breath of $70 bill was rolled out to me And now I’ll be charged a $25 fee for missing my 2nd appointment as well. You all will never receive that ! So thorough and personable. From the front staff, Dennis who was the x-ray tech. I noticed he was especially gentle and made sure my walking to and from was safe! Dr. Miller took time with me. Was very supportive and explained all options. Even the assistant who measured me for the brace was exceptional. I was referred to this practice by a friend. Having visited another practice years ago (same symptoms) was never given as many options for coping and healing as did this practice. They hear!!

My visit was good. I was kindly greeted at the desk by both people at the front desk. The nurse took care with my treatment and listened to how my recovery is going. The NP shared my next steps and progress. I would recommend this facility and team.

I really liked Dr Miller. He was very professional, and took the time to explain every part of the injury to my knee, a torn meniscus. He seems like a caring doctor and very sweet. The staff were kind and helpful. The NP who administered my shot Brenna was very professional and patient with me when I moved and she had to start all over again! Sweet lady.
