Was there 3 times in last 8 weeks. Every time patient would wait two to four hours after appointment time. The 2 hour one was because surgeon didn't come in as scheduled. They encounter individual issues that take time. 3 or more hours in total. Not enough surgeons on staff to meet quota. Or need. Don't ask for update because answer won't be true. I'm sure the surgeon wouldn't wait 3 hours for me.
My husband had surgery here. All persons were very informative and kept us updated. Dr. Tim was very thorough with the explanation of what he was doing and honest with me, after finishing my husband's surgery. Very happy with this facility!!

Dr. Tim and staff from the front desk to nurses are great. They were very caring and gave great service. The facility was very clean also.
Very horrible place. If you put your life in the care of this facility. You are better off just saving your family money and hope by finding somewhere else.
