The administrative side of this office was an absolute mess from start to finish. We called two days before the appointment with questions — no call back. We called the day before — no call back. On the day of the appointment, they told us we canceled, which we never did, and they even used the wrong name for my mom. They acted like they were doing us a favor by getting her in, even though she was already scheduled and it was their mistake. The lack of communication, multiple missed callbacks, and basic disorganization show a serious problem with how this office is run. And honestly, if the front office is this chaotic, it makes you question what’s happening in the back. How can you fully trust the doctors if they allow their staff to operate with this level of disorganization? I cannot recommend this place based on our experience with the front office.

Love the employees. Super friendly, kind and supportive. Doctors listen and are super supportive. Highly recommend this location. Dr. Chika is amazing. Love being under her care.

Very disappointed at this place! I scheduled a procedure and the nurse called me to give me pre op instructions. My procedure was on a Thursday and I called them on Tuesday to confirm and get the arrival time. They gave the arrival time. On Thursday I showed up at the surgery center and they said my surgery was canceled! I asked why and the lady said the prior authorization from my insurance was still pending. Then she said they were supposed to called you on Tuesday to let you know, but nobody did. So they waited until I got there to let me know! Nobody knew what was going on in there. I demand speak to the manager and she was not on site, they told me she would be back until Monday. They don’t care about their patients, their lock of empathy and respect for their patients is unreal! I am in excruciating pain right now and they just don’t care. I wasted a whole day of work (one income home) and also the person that was there to help me also had to use their PTO. They don’t know what it takes for me to get the day off work and also the person helping me!! Now I have to plan this again from get ting days off, to finding someone to go with me. They were so unprofessional. Their waiting room was full and I was the only one that got rejected I wonder why? I know how the process work I do this for a living, and that is unacceptable!

Dr Caylor has been poking and prodding me for over 2 years. LOL I've seen more than eight pain specialist doctors over the last 40 years and none of them can hold a candle next to doctor C a y l o r. The staff at the center is excellent as well. But I don't know them as well as I do the doctor. Has been most respectful, honest and the most modest doctor I've ever met before. I have never been disappointed by Dr Caylor. I would not recommend anyone else for pain problems especially spine pain.

Staff is always so nice! I love all the staff here…. The Receptionist, the checkout lady and Chika! They all seem so genuinely caring.
