Everyone I came in contact with from the reception staff to Dr. Heffernan were courteous and informative. Dr Heffernan explaned the MRI results to me and the exrays taken at the appointment to me. He asked me a few times if I had any other questions. I was satisfied with experience I had at the appointment.
Doctor and staff are great not only great bedside manners but clear communication flawless procedure. I’m at seven weeks post surgery. I’ve had my other shoulder done twice in this procedure with Dr. Hefferman has been my best experience. Highly recommend.
