Very professional! Dr. explained and reviewed my procedure and options in detail, and answered all my questions. Dr. Hansen is gifted with expertise and skill and went above and beyond in doing laser therapy to my retina in addition to the planned procedure. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and comfortable. There was a problem after my surgery started with a piece of equipment that was Wi-Fi connected/controlled. Everything stopped while they got technical assistance to connect it with a hardwired connection. My wife was concerned in the waiting area because of the delay - no one came to tell her anything about it and she was worried. I worked in nuclear power for over 40 years. We always had backups ready and expected to need them. We were prepared for things to go wrong so time-critical evolutions weren’t delayed.
