Dr. Antiporda done a complete abdominal reconstruction on me and I could not have made a better decision. I drove 4 hours for this surgical procedure and it was well worth the drive. I had Hernia as a result of a previous surgery. I also had my abdominal muscle. Muscles were completely torn, and not as a result of anything that I know of, Dr. Scutter fixed all the hernias pulled my muscle layers back together and removed all the adhesions that were there from the previous surgeries. I am very pleased with the results very professional staff. They spent lots of time and we’re very compassionate.
I had a follow up visit with Savanna Blevins two weeks after my surgery. She was top notch and explained everything in detail. She was sweet and pleasant and I was totally pleased with my visit with her.
The OFFICE is excellent. However, I am 100% dissatisfied with the surgery and after care from Dr. Gibson. I still have pain at the right end of my incision line. The right side drain tube didn't work. The right end of the surgery line didn't heal properly. Surgery was 5/9/25 I had to return June 16 to have the end of the incision cauterized because it would stop leaking. Dr. Gibson did not listen to my concerns. I hated having to go back to him for the cauterization. The scar line I am left with is lumpy with a pit at the right end of the scar. It feels like a 2 inch tube or pencil laying horizontally inside that end of the scar. I would NEVER recommend a family member or friend go to that surgeon.
Dr. Ana Wilson and her assistant Jordan are quick, professional and do very well providing information and support to their patients. I never felt that any question or concern was first not addressed but more importantly I always felt like they heard me. They were very willing to do whatever it was to help me understand and feel comfortable with the next steps. Further, Dr. Wilson has a calm clear demeanor that allows her to fully communicate with not only with the patient but the loved ones in a respectful manner so everyone has a clear understanding of what she is imparting. I would trust her to be my surgeon if ever the need were to arose again.
