Everything went well and they took great care of me. I appreciate all the help and easing of anxiety the staff did to prepare me for the procedure. Good instructions before the procedure and the procedure itself was explained well as was the results. I had a good experience here with a scary procedure and I appreciate the staff and the doctor's help.
They are known throughout Portneuf Medical Center as the most difficult department to work with. Every interaction I have with them they leave me feeling like an inconvenience. They’ll run a bunch of tests and disregard half of the results and refuse to explain in layman’s terms why. Any follow up questions get ignored or answered in a very condescending way. They seem like they know what they are doing, but don’t expect them to treat you with any dignity or respect.
Everyone is so nice here! I was really nervous going in but the staff was more than great! Lisa is so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed! She offered me several warmed blankets and checked on me every 10 minutes. I felt very well taken care of!
I went in this morning and had Nancy to help me and perform my Motility study. She brought in Rick to help give me the water to swallow. They were both the nicest most encouraging amazing people I would want to have for a procedure like this. I wish any one of my labor nurses would have been as encouraging as Rick was. Nancy explained everything in detail and answered my questions and reassured my anxiety and nervousness at the beginning and throughout the procedure. If I could have them with me for any simple doctors appointment I would because they made me feel so seen, heard and taken care of of. I knew they cared about me and genuinely wanted to make sure I was okay. Amazing amazing job you guys, please keep being as awesome and kind as you were today, it doesn’t go unnoticed and you changed my day around completely.
I have been going here for 4 years. I am always only at the office for 30 min for my visits. If I call and leave a message I get a call back quickly. I've never had to wait in the waiting room for very long. I feel like they really know how to manage the schedule. The doctors always listen and I feel like I get to ask all my questions. I have been to four other gastroenterologists and this is by far my favorite! I live 40 minutes away and continue to come here even though I have closer doctors.
