I was scheduled for an endoscopy and colonoscopy here. I was nervous since it was my first time having either procedure done. Everyone was so extremely nice and welcoming that they put me at ease right away. They were funny yet very professional and caring at the same time. I felt no judgement whatsoever. Lori, Lindsey, Matt and Dr. Bratu were all amazing. I feel bad that I can’t remember the other nurses name because she was amazing as well. I would highly recommend this team to anybody needing to have these procedures done.
Doc Tolland 3/24/26 My name is Donald ross. My experience was great. Tiffany came out to get me with a great smile to welcome me. She helped to make me feel welcomed. She did a very good job in getting me ready for my colonoscopy. Matt was very polite and professional, this made me feel good about what was going to happen. When I woke up the girl (sorry i forgot her name )taking care of me did a good job making sure I was OK. She walked me out to my car and had my wife sign some paperwork. Doc Tolland was great, calm with a good sense of humor, which helps a lot . This was a great experience from start to finish. You all get ( A'S) FROM ME. Thanks so much Don ross.
Today was the most pleasant experience a colonoscopy could ever be. Every single professional from the front desk to the Dr., anesthesiologist, and nurses at this facility was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring and comforting. Dr. Bratu had extremely good bedside manner and treated her staff with the utmost respect and comraderie My wife and are greatful . We highly recommend this staff for your colonoscopy work.
I had a gastric\endoscopy done here in port Orange Surgery center and from my appointment date I received a call to help me prep,on arrival it was smooth until the time I left!
