Do not go here if you want a doctor that actually cares about your pain. Spent 40 minutes going over my history for them to dismiss me and send me on my way. Only nice people here were the receptionist and landscapers working outside who saw me crying on my way out and asked if I was okay. Horrible experience
Office employees were very nice and considerate, appointment went in a somewhat timely manner(90mins without meeting doctor) however the doctor doesn't even come into room for initial visit not even for a second, only a nurse practitioner who relays your pain concerns and comes back in 2 mins to suggest to continue doing what I am with current providers (who had referred me to pain management specialist), offering no pain management suggestions, or options for treatment. The office is located by old Northridge mall and is not set up with patients privacy in mind, considering I could hear multiple patients discussions with the provider from other rooms while I waited. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience and the lack of professional care I saw today.
I've been going here for over 10 years. It's always clean. Staff is very professional. Doc is a no nonsense doctor. Am I'm usually seen within 10 minutes after checking in.
I was there years ago Dr was named king very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Staff would not even speak up and knew she was wrong.not a good experience at all.
Came here appt was 12pm wasn't called til 12:50 they have the nerve to do everything virtual but the room wasn't even clean. The doctor gave me slightly helpful info but when it came to scheduling appt he got the lil girl to do it that was very unprofessional the late Dr King comes in I gives her my complaint she says she have other patients and she will send someone else to see me im holding up her process even after telling these ppl I have to get my son from school it's just too much here I mentioned I couldn't do a am apot for pt the girl says well that's what we have idk what to tell u I then said u have anything else as I'm talking she's talking over me again. I then asked to speak to a nicc she comes to let me know she's the owner but when I get my complaint she Saud she have to see other patients bottom line I won't be coming back they in for the money and thats all King says she's going to talk to the girl but never got my complaint yeah..im cool
