Wonderful staff very friendly very accommodating make you feel very comfortable and the doctors are amazing also my doctor is Jonathan Julia and he does a wonderful job making you feel comfortable and does wonderful procedures. I recommend them highly. I have been with them for many years and never had any issues.

This review is based on one visit out of multiple past appointments. The past experience was efficient and customer focused. At least it felt like it was genuine care for patients whom experience pain. Made it a feature that they let patients wake up from anesthesia on their own with a farewell snack. Last visit was different. The service was over worked as they over scheduled. They tried rescheduling but insurance didn't permit the one day change with a different doctor (that's the other point, my mom works with a specific doctor and they wanted to resolve the issue by passing her to a stranger). So we understood they were busy. We didn't expect for my 70+ mother to be pushed out of bed, put in a wheel chair, and rolled out for her drive home as she was still drugged up. Her head was rolling backwards. In the parking lot. She even muttered if she was dressed, not consciously aware what was happening. Its a major divergent from the standard process they established in the past. And being over booked is NOT AN EXCUSE FOR POOR TREATMENT. we now discovered this establishments limitations. And when they want to reschedule, just be aware... as obviously u are in pain that you dont want to rescheduled. Have ur person go in the back. Film everything. Protect yourselves from operational failings. --again, the nurses didn't do anything wrong. The customer service was lacking due to doctors and managers mistakes and disregard of process.

The staff is always efficient and friendly. Dr. Julia incredibly personable, Easy-going but obviously a great doctor. Getting these shots is not a pleasant experience, but it’s no longer something I fear because of how well everyone does their job there.

I had a trial procedure done at Plum Creek Surgery Center today. All of the nurses and other med techs that worked with me pre-op, during the procedure, and post-op were just lovely - helpful, kind, extremely attentive, answering all my questions and making me feel so very comfortable! I was so pleased with the care I received and the friendliness, attentiveness and courtesy of all the staff members! My experience at Plum Creek was exceptional!
