Highly recommend! Amy did my lip augmentation and was a pleasure to work with. She’s a dedicated, knowledgeable professional, with a high level of expertise. Listened and provided me with different techniques she could use to get my lips where I want them. I am really satisfied with the results and will be going back. The staff is friendly and welcoming which made the experience comfortable.

This happened in January 2024. Makenzie showed a concerning lack of empathy toward both me and my caretaker. After my procedure, she interacted with me in a manner that was unsympathetic to someone waking up from anesthesia and lacked the sensitivity one would expect from a person in her profession. Once I woke up from surgery, I told my caretaker not to touch me. It wasn’t until after I explicitly said this aloud that Makenzie began touching me unnecessarily—tapping my shoulder, pressing firmly on my thigh as if to "get my attention," even though she already had it. Her behavior felt weirdly passive-aggressive, indirect, and difficult to address. Additionally, there was a noticeable change in her demeanor and the way she delivered important information when the lead surgeon was present. While the surgeon was around, she generously shared her knowledge about post-operative care. However, before he checked on me, Makenzie was not forthcoming with answers and, instead of speaking to my coherent caretaker, she addressed me—the recovering and medicated patient. She was dismissive toward my caretaker, barely acknowledging her when the surgeon wasn’t around, and resumed her careless treatment after the surgeon left. When she walked me to my car, she put me in the passenger seat, said nothing, and slammed the car door shut with force. My caretaker and I were stunned. I noticed her behavior immediately after surgery, even while under the influence of codeine. Though some time has passed since this happened, I believe it’s important for others to know. It’s neither right nor safe for medical personnel to change their professional behavior based on who is watching or who the patient is.

Good afternoon, Dr. Spittler performed my breast reduction with a lift in February 2023 and I love how I feel. Everything was smooth from the start of the process to the end. The staff was great, I hate that I cannot remember who my recovery nurse was but she was so great!

The level of professionalism and expertise exhibited by Dr. Howard is second to none. He was patient, kind, and thorough throughout my consultation, pre-op and post op appointments. He walked into the room and I immediately felt confident in my decision. His bedside manner is consistently calm, confident and reassuring. The process of my breast reduction and tummy tuck was free of complications & I cannot recommend Dr. Howard enough.

Love. Love. Love Amy!! She so kind and helped me perfect my Botox! I was very nervous going into my appointment and she made be feel so comfortable. I also wanted to keep some movement with my eye brows and not be completely frozen, and she killed it! Love her!! Also suggest laser treatments with her! 👌
