The staff are top notch, attentive, and efficient. I was not a patient, but was there for half a day supporting one. I would have no qualms about having any procedure here. If you are here supporting a patient, they have a comfortable waiting area. Chairs with small attached tables are perfect for a laptop. There is a TV, but you'll have to watch CBS daytime TV. There is Wi-Fi, coffee, water, access to free small snacks (cookies/crackers), and a unisex handicap bathroom. Parking was ample and convenient with a private exit for the patient. There is a private consultation room to meet with the surgeon. I took more pictures of the waiting room, but this is the only one that saved.
Beware there’s a reason this is a 2.6 out of five star rating and it’s gonna continue to get worse! Do not see Dr Sheril she lives her life on a high horse And will know and tell you more about your body than you’re allowed to feel! I switched to Rhinelander and have since sent that team flower bouquets their own personal daisy award from me and it was the least I could do after dealing with such an uncompassionate, heartless, unavailable, and rude doctor! Also, both times after seeing her, I ended up having to go to the emergency room in another town where I spent Hours and hours and hours both times where they brought me back to us best health as they could after seeing her! She also called me, laughed at me marked me, called me difficult, which I had problems with my stent and issues with infections afterwards that she refused to hear so instead of difficult it’s called out of her league! Please just hear my words and worry about your healthcare before you end up in a position I’ve been in!
They have a patient police that says, all are treated equal ,regardless of sex ,race and so on. However they don't follow this. They stated they have male staff available, I had to demand a all male staff. They give the female staff first choice to be in the operation room. They don't maintain a man's dignity and values and modesty. Females get all of the all the respect. The male staff I had were very accommodating.
From the front desk associate till the post op care person, Sara, the visit was VIP. Dr Sherrill was funny and professional. Sammie pre op was very attentive and placed the iv in perfectly. Dr Liz P concocted the perfect mix for full relaxation and a quick recovery. Thank you all for taking a nervous situation and giving me full confidence and encouragement.
My 3 year old had a surgery done by Dr. Sweet two weeks ago. The staff and nurses were so sweet to him and did such a great job keeping him calm and comfortable. They also did such a thorough job explaining everything that I had no questions at all. Phenomenal job all around!
