Nice and kind staffs, nurses, and doctors. They provide Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, which is done professionally. All the schedules worked well for me (I guess as long as you don't get late?). It was not hard to make a phone call for scheduling and questions.
4/25/25 I had a 10:30 appointment for DR. Jeffrey Scow. Drove a hour to get there and showed up and checked in at 10:30 sharp. They refused to see me because I didn't show up 15 minutes before. So 10:15. That is absolutely ridiculous. I took of work and loss a days pay and drove a hour, just to show up on time to my appointment just for them to refuse to see me. Told me I had to reschedule. 😡🤬😤 Thought 🤔 they were better the Geisinger, oh was I wrong. They lost my business. I won't be back.
I've been going here for several years, and the experience has only downgraded with time. Staff is rude and argumentative for no reason. Receptionist just gave me a hard time for saying no to an appointment at 7:45am when I'm a university student with a demanding schedule. The practitioners are almost always running late on previous appointments, and you will be left waiting for upwards of an hour with no sympathy from anyone. Don't go here if you can help it.
Extremely loud and unprofessional front office staff. No updates patient updates for waiting family members. Staff comes across rude. Facility feels unprofessional. Everybody in jeans and plain tshirts. I'm not sure if they were staff, janitors or clients. Not recommended
Very disappointed as the last time I had an appointment I was not asked if a med student would be allowed in the room and was rather surprised when the medical professional just invited him in. I felt uncomfortable with not even having the option and didn’t end up asking my question for why I was really there. Will not be going back.
