I recently had a medical procedure done here and had such a pleasant experience I figured I'd leave them a review. The nursing staff was fantastic. Very professional, very attentive even with patients that have uncontrollable reactions to needless and IVs. Staff is discreet and put the needs of the patient first. Would totally recommend but this isn't really something you choose. Just wanted the staff to know they did a great job. Thanks ladies 🖤✌🏼

This office struggles with refunding overcharges. This is my SECOND time I’ve had issues receiving my refund. I have been overcharged $428.91 and have called twice and they tell me they have 90 days to pay me back? That doesn’t seem right.. I’m about to approach the 90 day mark and I’m still waiting on my reimbursement. I am very disappointed and frustrated by this whole experience and will be escalating this matter very soon. The lack of urgency to repay patients puts a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, very shady office practices, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Very disappointed. I was there 3 years ago for a colonoscopy and everyone was great!! 3 years later they dropped the ball numerous times. My doctor is fantastic and the nurses and anasthiologist also were great but the ladies that work in the office in appointments and billing leave a whole lot to be desired. First they schedule them rescheduled my appointment without even notifying me I get a call 2 days before the appointment to confirm just to have to reschedule again. My appointment was rescheduled 4 times. They didn't verify my insurance and referral before they set the procedure up that was the end reschedule completely ridiculous. Then I get a bill from them and I paid them the day I had the procedure done and now they Will not answer the phone I have tried for 5 days now. I really wish my doctor would change facilities he is better than this. Makes his office look incompetent but he isn't its the office people at the facility.
This place is trying to charge a "facility fee" of over $400 and stating that my insurance doesn't cover it. Under the ACA any history of colonoscopy in your family is covered as preventative. My Doctor listed it in my chart as family history but this place said it's not covered. I can't afford the fee now so I have to gamble and hope nothing is wrong with me. I do not know how these people sleep at night.
