Park Ten Surgery Center

The team here at Park Ten surgical center is the best I’ve encountered. Over the course of one week I had to do back-to-back procedures for some eye surgery. The preop and postop attendants were angels on earth. I want to shout out specifically to Simone and Ally, these young ladies were the heart and spirit of things I encountered it was fun being with them. They kept it light and we had a very wonderful experience.

We were nervous opting to do our 2yo’s adenoidectomy at an ASC but it was definitely the best decision we could have made. The staff here were beyond amazing and we are grateful for their patience from start to finish. The anesthesiologist Dr. Heerensperger was by far the BEST I’ve ever come across. He was an angel and the so was the rest of the recovery staff; especially nurse Tiffany made us felt so comfortable and put us at ease. Location was also very clean and bright. We are so grateful for everyone there and highly recommend this location.

This is the best surgical center I have ever been to… It runs like a well oiled machine… You can compare it to like a revolving door where they get you in and out as quickly as possible and I say that in a positive way.They are only able to do this because each person working there knows what is expected of them, how to treat the patient, and how to make an experience requiring surgery a positive one… Kudos to the front desk staff, preop staff, anesthesia staff, staff in the surgical room, and postop, Special things go to Meagan, Klarke, Amy, Elizabeth, Maggie, Tiffany, and many other people who were involved in my care during my last two cataract surgeries. And a special thanks to Dr Jeffrey Whitsett for giving me my vision back without having to wear glasses. With sincere thanks to all for a job well done

They overcharge. I showed my remaining deductible but they still need initial payment much more then even out of pocket limit. I am ready to pay balance limit but They didn’t allow admission untill i made the payment $1000 more than limit. Because of Doctor and procedure i made the payment, now have to followup for months for refund.

I had surgery there on a Friday afternoon, Orthopedic Associates. My pharmacy did not receive the Rx for pain medication. I called Orthopedic Associates. The physician on call, Wasyl Fedoriw never returned my call. I called three times. The answering service said the message was received. At the time of surgery I had to sign agreement I knew Orthopedic Associates was financially invested in the surgical center which is why I am posted thus review. Be sure you can contact your physician directly after surgery! Or you may be ignored while in PAIN!
