It all started with reception, was greeted kindly and with a smile other and than the 45 minute wait in the room before seeing the P.A, My apologies but I believe her name was Sabina, She had a great bedside manner and seemed authentically interested in my care. She asked several what I thought pertinent questions about a recent injury to my foot and got the doctor who treated it info. She also noticed that my file was missing a conclusion on a recent CAT scan that I had taken, it said that it should have been back by now and ask her assistant to follow up on that All in all, I felt that I was not rushed through the appointment which has happened to me in the past (not at this office). To sum it all up, I was very pleased with a visit.
First of all the reception staff Top Notch excellent they take care of you soon as you come in and leave. And the staff as you go into the waiting room before you see the doctor are excellent as well. Then Dr Galan is fantastic. Spent a great deal of time on my first visit as a new patient ..going through all details of possible plans he may want to do. Explained everything in detail to me and my daughter. Top Notch all around. Highly recommend Dr Galan.
Dr.Wilkinson and his team were amazing. I just recently was scheduled to have a re-vision surgery done on my spinal cord stimulator and as we got there quickly realized it would be a replacement surgery instead. His team worked very hard to quickly get a pre-authorization done same day where I could still keep my surgery on the same day. That not only went above and beyond but even stayed late to finish. I truly appreciate all the hard work of every employee at Pain Care as I have been a patient there now for 7+ years. I can’t say more great things about them all. Thank you all again for everything you do ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I have never had a provider that was so compassionate. She really listened to my concerns, and assured me that we would take steps to fix the issues I’m having. I will never see anyone else! NP Marissa Gallan! She quite literally changed my quality of life for the better!
The wait was pretty bad and the copay was high, but honestly it was worth it. I was in a very bad way (unable to even sit up) They had a doctor, an NP, and an RN all in the room working on me. They gave me medicine that improved my condition that same day and were very thorough in educating me and forming a realistic plan of care. I am very grateful for Dr. Galan and his team
