Pain Care Center Boise

I've been going to Pain Care of Boise for 2 or 3 years. Have had many injections in spine some worked and some have not. Staff is pleasant all around and Dr. Vaughn seems to have ideas on what's going on. I have chronic back pain, muscle spasms I can't seem to get rid of. Had a back fusion L4,L5 S1 about 19 years ago.. Highly recommend this clinic. They prescribe my pain meds and muscle spasms medication. Know they don't really deal with managing pain. More like they try different types of procedures to help deal with your issues. They are really busy all the time so you don't want to miss an appointment.

Dr. Vaughan is great. He assessed my symptoms and current prescription usage and advised me on alternatives that have worked. Pain Care is where to go to if you deal with ongoing pain. They are very adept at injections to alleviate pain. Highly recommend.

I have never been to a doctor's office, were every single person is genuine and kind. They truly care about how you're feeling and what you're going through. Dr. Vaughn is one of the TOP Pain Care Doctors in the whole country. He uses the latest techniques that are necessary in pain care management to make you as comfortable as he can. I have neck, back, knee, hand and wrist pain. And he helps me with every single one of my issues. I don't have to go from doctor to doctor to doctor to get help with my pain. He takes care of it all right in his office. Then there is Jillian. She spends quality time with you to get to the bottom or the root of your pain. She is very thorough and she has a gentle touch. She even is concerned about other health related issues that do not have to do with your pain care management. She truly and genuinely cares. Now, the nurses are incredible. They go above and beyond anything that I have ever seen. It is almost as if they are your best friends. They not only remember who you are, but they remember everything about you. Your family, your pets, things that you have been going through. You have nothing to lose, but you have everything to gain. If you are looking for a pain care provider, this is the place to come. If you are looking for a pain care provider, this is the place to come. Even if you're not looking for a pain care provider, because you already have one. I would say, ditch the pain management provider you have and come to Pain Care Boise.

Front desk staff are very friendly. Hillary Donahue, P. A. Is pleasant , friendly and very knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk about my ongoing medical issues. She listened to what I had yo say and was able yo come up with a treatment plan to address my issues. I have seen her several times now and always have a positive office experience.

The staff is always very helpful and makes sure you are comfortable. Dr. Vaughn is very professional and nice and answers any questions. Very happy I was referred to him!
