03/02/2026 I had my very first endoscopy and colonoscopy both done this morning by Dr. Jeong Kim at the Pacific Endoscopy Center. I was a little anxious 😬 and hoping things would go ok. The entire staff there is AMAZING. So kind, gentle, professional, warm and caring. It really help ease off almost all the tension I had leading up to my dual procedure. Meeting Dr. Jeong Kim had me confident that things would go smoothly. He clearly explained very carefully and in detail, the procedure and everything that went along with it- I was supremely confident that I was in good hands! My Anesthesiologist Tim (Go, Steelers! 😄) a really great and friendly guy, had me comfortable and “lights out” in a few shakes of my Chihuahua Peanuts tail. The care I received both before and after by Kathy & all the wonderful hard working ladies made me feel so snug & happy. Aloha & Mahalo to the Entire team at the Pacific Endoscopy Center, your the Best! BTW. Don’t skip picking up the petroleum jelly (and disposable gloves) at your local pharmacy- and it DOES NOT come sealed. I checked and read online, I almost didn’t use it because of that, (it was my first time buying it) you’ll DEFINITELY need it, and Water Wipes are the best. I’ve tried dozens of brands but this is #1 in my personal opinion. Ok. Bye! 👋

Absolutely the worst medical care I have ever received. Dr A-rahim is great. His nurses and staff talk over you, do not listen, will not respect requests about your own body, are condescending. But they do it while smiling and laughing, so there's that. They must have paid for that Best in Hawai'i rating. Do not go here.

For a facility nobody is especially happy to visit, this place does it right. Even handing 30+ procedures a day, the experience was efficient and pleasant (well, as pleasant as a colonoscopy could be). Dr. Wong was great, the whole team was great (all introducing themselves even knowing I'll never remember a single name). I'm not in a hurry to get another procedure, but when my time comes around in ten years, I hope this place can fit me in.

Wonderful experience! The staff are great and friendly, the procedure was fast and comprehensive. The small touches like warm blankets made it an easy experience! I would highly recommend for your procedure.
