Good doc and nurses, but they created a scheduling issue that cost me a morning of time lost. Their billing department is outsourced, and it shows. We have paid their nickel and diming bills all along, and they claim they did not receive and continue to send the same bill over and over, even after we show them proof of payment. For a half hour out-patient procedure, they charged insurance around $120,000... it's all cartoonish. Good Doc and Nurses but GET THE BACK OFFICE AND BILLING TOGETHER people, because we don't need the Socialized medicine experience before the crazies push it in.
I've had procedures done here a couple times now. Very clean, professional, and very nice staff. Today, my nurse was Kathy. She went above and beyond. Really cares about her patients and it shows ❤
I went in for a procedure, and the staff was amazing. Phillip was the sweetest nurse, and took great care of me during recovery. He was very attentive, and answered all the questions I had. I also have to give kudos to Jaime , and Sixta they were amazing nurses.
I love my doctor and this facility and the staff were amazing and attentive but six months later my claims are still pending and Pacific made me pay my deductible and coinsurance up front but there were duplicate and/or incomplete billings and my claims are still pending. I will never go back. If this is the only facility he works out of I will change doctors. This is ridiculous.
Great doctor and people, but the "surprise bill" at the end was WELL, WELL, WELL over the estimate, and that is not cool. Ex: $550 I was quoted and ended up paying $1,300. So, "estimates" are just fake numbers thrown at you. BE CAREFUL Ask estimates from the doctor, the hospital center, insurance company, even the nurses and have it written down. Life goes on, and you live and learn, but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
