I had an original procedure at Mercy a year ago, and it was the worst experience of my life. This time I opted for the Surgery center for a revision of the same surgery and it was the Polar opposite! The facility is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The anesthesiologist is a true expert! This is the first time after a surgery that I didn’t get nauseous and have dry heaves. 🙏🏻 The nurses and staff were amazing. I usually always bruise from an IV in my hand, and I don’t even have a little one this time! Thank you so much to everybody for making a scary situation so much easier. I definitely have an easy choice. If God forbid I require any other surgeries.
During my visit for cataracts the nurses and staff were very helpful, thoughtful, and professional. Nurses Katie, the pre op Sarah, Becca and the operating room nurses Lisa, Sarah and Allison all were the BEST. I felt I was always in good hands. My doctor and the anesthesiologist carefully explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. All went well, my thanks go out to everyone there
From the moment I got to the surgery center to the time i was discharged, the staff was wonderful. AKA Buske Sherman- All my encounters with the staff were professional and very pleasant. Kim in Pre Op and Ashley in the OR were very attentive, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. My surgery was on time. My surgeon,Dr Pardubsky, is thorough, professional, always explains things in detail, makes sure I have no questions before leaving and includes me in decision making. I am happy with the care he provides. He is the best.
