My orthopedic surgery was done here on December 9th, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The facility itself is gorgeous and state-of-the-art. The entire staff, from the receptionists, the nurses, the doctors, and their entire support staff went out of their way to be kind and friendly, while at the same time performing their tasks in an efficient and professional manner. Kudos to everyone involved! It was truly a fantastic experience!
I had surgery on October 7. From the moment I arrived, a staff member was waiting outside to greet me. I am nervous with needles and anesthesia, and they were so kind and patient. Each person from the receptionist to the pre-op nurse to the anesthesiologist and OR team were PHENOMENAL. I felt calm and safe. The post-op team was communicative with my caretaker and so patient with me coming around after anesthesia. I cannot say enough good things about this staff. You are literally in the best of hands.
I had a surgery there on the 2nd of June and the staff was just the absolute nicest people. I was very happy and comfortable the whole time! They let me hang out in recovery for as long as I needed
The staff here is awesome! I went here for a procedure yesterday. Everyone that my husband and I encountered was so friendly and informative. I felt cared for throughout the whole experience. Everyone introduced themselves and made sure that I knew what to expect. I was in great hands. They made everything go as smoothly as possible and that I was as comfortable as possible. Everything was on time, I checked in early morning and was done and on my way home by noon. Although I hope I don’t need another surgery any time soon, if I did I would be glad to come back here. Thanks for taking good care of me!
No one looks forward to having surgery but, if you have to have it, this would be the place to go! I had my first experience this week and all went so smoothly and I was well taken care of. The gentleman who greeted me at 5:50am was so friendly and welcoming and my pre-op nurse, Kaitlin, was AMAZING. She explained everything in great detail, made me feel so comfortable and was so funny too! The faculty is clean, modern and well kept. And Dr. Carroll is phenomenal too but that goes without saying. She always is, no matter where you see her 😁
