I can't say enough about the great care I received here during my surgery. The whole process from check-in to discharge was smooth. Courtney was my pre-op nurse and Madi was my post-op nurse. They both were nice and knowledgeable. Madi was so sweet and caring. Dr Mulford (Tom) was my Anesthesiologist and he was great too! Part of my surgical team nurses were Wendy & Ann, and they both were super nice! Dr Riley did my surgery and she's a great Physician/Surgeon. I want to also brag on how spotless this place is! The housekeeping team, while I was in pre-op, walked the hall every few minutes checking everything they just had checked or emptied. I love the communications via text & email I got from pre-op instructions to the post-op instructions. Those come in handy when you need a refresher before & after. I highly recommend the Outpatient Surgery Center!
My wife had rotator cuff surgery there recently. The staff took excellent care of her. They explained everything to me and her daughter, and we left confident that she received good therapy instructions.

My husband had his second hip replacement today. The OSC team was so and kind. Dr. Lily was warm and thoughtful. We are grateful to have had an excellent surgeon with emotional intelligence. He eased our anxiety and answered all of our questions. Madison was wonderful helping my husband after waking up. She was knowledgeable, caring, and fun, which is appreciated after a serious surgery. My two experiences with Asheville Outpatient Surgery Center were way above any other hospital or surgery center that I have been to and I am certainly surprised to see any low reviews. It is meticulously clean. Every employee, from the check-in desk to the medical care staff and physicians were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend this facility.
