I moved to town last September. I have previously had surgery on my elbow ripped and finger back home two years ago somehow I heard it Saturday and I went to the walk-in clinic everyone from the minute I got there until the minute I left was absolutely so professional and friendly. You would think that I had been there 100 times before the way they all treated me and the other patients around them I watched them give the children snacks to eat while they were waiting. It was absolutely a great atmosphere. Miss Bobby Shows was amazing. She actually listened to everything I was saying and told me what I needed to do to help and it absolutely works with. Recommend her 100%.
We had a great experience. We are cash pay, and the prices are reasonable. The service was professional and friendly. We came in for a elbow check. My daughter has tennis Elbow and golf Elbow. The doctor gave us really good instructions to try to take care of the situation and heal it without surgery. Follow up in three weeks Thank you, Kayla
My wife and I had occasion to use the Bienville Orthopedic walk in clinic and was very pleased with the results! The wait was minimal and once we got in, NP Shows did a great job taking care of both of us. She took time to delve deep into our issues and discuss diagnoses and treatment in depth. This seems to be a rare quality these days! I would highly recommend her in particular along with her nursing staff who were friendly and attentive. Thanks for helping a not so great day be a little bit better!
I was extremely satisfied with my visit today at Bienville Ortho. I love that I was able to just walk in and get help almost immediately. Bobby was great at explaining what I had going on. She happily answered all of my questions and provided advice for my healing. I would highly recommend this practice.
Had an issue with my right foot and was limping badly. I was in and out on 90 minutes. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. My foot was X-rayed on premise and Jacqueline, my nurse practitioner, reviewed the photos with me, identifying tendinitis as the causal factor. She patiently answered all of my questions while giving an excellent overview regarding my prognosis. My pharmacy had my prescriptions ready that afternoon. As I told her while there- she was wonderful. 5 stars don’t seem to be enough.
