While there I had a tracker put on my wrist so it could notify the person who was picking me up. They were just incredible amazing people. Nursing staff was incredible. I can’t remember who assisted me but thank you. I got my tonsils out. They weee nothing but nice to me and gave me a lot of slushes and treated me with dignity and respect. I was very scared but the nurses and doctors eased my anxiety and helped me though everything. Thank you Ohio surgery center for treating me so nicely and being absolutely amazing people. Thank you to health care providers.
I had an outpatient surgery 1/23/26 and it is one of the best, efficient, professional yet friendly centers I have ever visited. From the start, you get a tracker so your family knows where you are every minute. You get an alert that the doctor is going to call after surgery. Again such a well thought out process to make it easy on all the patients and their caregivers. OhioENT has great doctors. Dr. Ryoo performed my surgery. It went so smoothly. Take home instructions are so easy to follow. You don’t always think about things like that - until you need them. I could tell a lot of thought was given to make sure each instruction was clear, simple, bulleted out. I feel really lucky.
All the staff was amazing!! Our check in nurse for pre-opp was just the must amazing and sweetest person and made my 7 year feel so comfortable with his procedure. Had him up dancing and laughing before getting his “giggle juice”.. the nurses in post- opp where amazing as well they where so tender and caring… i could not have asked for a better medical team to trust my son’s care In… 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!
Had a tonsillectomy done here by Dr. Martyn. Ohio ENT did a great job of getting me all of the information I needed pre-procedure, worked with my employer to get my time off approved, and followed up after the procedure to check how I was doing. They day of, everything went smoothly. The staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Martyn was excellent and I had a quick road to recovery. Thank you to everyone at OHIO ENT!
Dr. Martyn performed our son’s Myringotomy with tube insertion and has been incredible every step of the way. He is thorough, professional, and truly compassionate.
