They did not have my complete records even though I was assured they would. No one at reception to help me. When I signed in at registration, the woman asked if I’d been mailed a patient packet ahead of time. I wasn’t offered this when I made the appointment even though I told the woman I had another appointment later and wanted to be sure I would not be short on time. She assured me this office visit would be 40 minutes. Still waiting well over an hour...finally told to wait another 20 minutes for a room and the consultation-no actual services today, is yet another 20 minutes depending on how much info I want to provide. I didn’t even provide a lengthy written history of my med background (prescriptions, surgeries, family history, etc) bc I didn’t have the time and it is still 1 1/2 hrs from the appointment time I was given.
