Very professional. They run a tight ship. From the time I walked into the office to the time I left was amazingly fast. The nursing staff was friendly and so caring. I will not dread coming back. *****+ šŸ’™šŸ™

The team at the WNE center were very professional. I appreciate the care and professionalism with which they assisted my wife before during and after procedure. Parking was not frustrating. All in all a great experience.

Really cool people from my experiences with them. No doubt there are some bullies and negatives, but I didn't encounter them. The nurses and staff who answer the phones have been helpful and kind.

I would give them a five but when you are not allowed to meet the doctor who is doing thr procedure before the procedure, I don't like. The faculty did finally allow me to meet the doctor before the procedure but I had to get a little upset to get that. When having such an invasive procedure you should meet the doctor before the day of so you have time to talk and get to know the doctor. Meeting the doctor 10 minutes before the procedure is not acceptable. Everything did go smoothly and the staff was great , I just ask that you change this so the patient has a chance to get to meet the physician. Meeting the physician 10 minutes prior to a procedure is not a good practice.

Went as a ride for a family member having a procedure here. It was a 30 minute procedure for which I, as a driver, had to wait for in the office, yet they were running behind by three hours. They moved it back an hour the night before. It required my schedule to accommodate them repeatedly. We were never informed about these scheduling issues. The receptionist shrugged when, after 2.5 hours we asked for an ETA. If this were my staff, I’d remove them. Irresponsible, unprofessional.
