Can I just this place is amazing. I had total knee replacement yesterday and the prep they have you do before surgery at home to get your body ready , like exercises and hydration. I felt so comfortable and at ease . Katie Crowley the RN I had after surgery was amazing . Never really left my side and took amazing care of me . My surgeon Ryan Stencil is the best surgeon around . He went out of way to help and take care of me . He is top notch and actually cares about his patients. Not to the admitting staff they were on top of me
Went here for my Kythoplasty. I can't remember being in a happier place. The empathy the staff showed their patients was only matched by the empathy they showed each other, a key ingredient in any great team! Makes it easier being a patient too😂 I'd name names but I wasn't wearing my glasses☹, so I couldn't read the name tags.
Hi surgical institute,my brother John Irby had a hip replacement done there on July 22 2025 and let me tell the world. From the time we got there at 5 in the morning I had a feeling it was gonna be a good day.The first one who greets us was patient and kind at remember its 5:30 in the morning but she was great. So it was time for him my brother to get in the back and get prepped for surgery we meant so many friendly and kind and knowledgeable people then it was time to meet the Anastasiaoligst he was great and new his stuff and then I meant the doctor he was an absolute joy. Then he went to o.r. thet keep me updated every so often and after 3 hours I was able to see him,and his was as happy as clown at the circus. His discharge nurse was 1 in a million,Mrs.Megan.she knew her stuff right along with her patients knowledge her humble way of taking care of people was remarkable and I thank you for that,if I could give u a raise I would....But all in all the place was very clean and the people were wonderful.Very Pleased.Vicki Renteria and her Brother John Irby. I had a terrible experience at this surgical day care center. The surgery room was chaotic. The anesthesia nurse was unprofessional, asking the same questions repeatedly. The environment was cold and uncomfortable for patients. It felt like the employees were more focused on socializing than on doing their jobs. Additionally, the injection site on my right hand is still traumatized and looks awful, with my skin turning from its natural color to a bluish tint. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I had my procedure done yesterday in this facilty and I was so overwhelmed with the way of care and services provided by the staff. From reception area down to the pre screening room by the nurses. The nurses who take care of me are so professional though I am a hard stick patient I was reassured that everything will be fine. This was my first time experience, and as a patient who doesn’t know what to expect, I will definitely say that my anxiety and fear was relieved because of the nurses and staff who truly are compassionate; Dr. Aranez is so caring and a wonderful medical provider, I highly recommend him and I gave rating of 10/10 for excellent service from my doctor and all the staff of Newport Coast Surgical Institute.
