New Tampa Surgery Center

I just had knee replacement surgery. From the time I walked in to sign in the staff was professional and courteous. Then I was taken back and all the nurses were caring and fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and answered any questions. I have been to other surgery centers in N. J. And you cannot compare the kindness shown to me. This place is exceptional all the way. Thank you to everyone at New Tampa Surgery Center.

I had a great experience. I had knee surgery and was due to go in for 1:30pm. They called at noon and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if I would like to come in a little earlier. I went in earlier and was brought back within just a few minutes. The nurses were awesome and attentive. Check in was very simple and efficient. I was asked to pay my deductible at checking, but that seems to happen with all providers nowadays.

My surgery on my ACL and meniscus here was done efficiently and with the utmost care. From paperwork and prep time to the time I left the surgery center was approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes. The doctors, nurses and all staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I knew I could trust them and I am so glad I had my surgery done here.

Staff at the surgery center was great. The billing department appears to be either under staff or lacking the proper training. It took them 2 months to finally bill my insurance company after my surgery. They filed the claim with an incorrect tax id number so now a month later, we are still trying to get them to file the claim correctly. We have made many calls to them even with the insurance company on a 3 way call. The majority of the time we have to leave a message that they do not return. When you do get someone to answer the phone they tell you need to speak to this person and you don't get a call back. Unfortunately I will not be recommending your company to anyone.

Everyone at the surgery center was great to work with!! Highly recommended!
