This was my 2nd visit to New Hyde Park Endoscopy in less than a month. This visit was for an Endoscopy. Once again, I cannot convey enough praise for my entire experience here. The staff from the moment I entered until my departure made my process for this procedure were so kind, patient, knowledgeable, I could go on with further adjectives descript on how wonderful my encounters were from the very important front staff to the nurses in the pre-procedure. They work their utmost to ensure that your comfort on all levels is remarkable. All parties involved in my care procured a seamless and non concerning pre-procedure, as well as, post-procedure were proficient I all aspects of my care. Hands down, my best experience as this was not my 1st Endoscopy. Also, the highest of accolades for My anesthesiologist and certainly for my Endocrinologist, Dr. Stephen Esposito, who is the BEST doctor, hands down!!! Thank you for taking such exceptional care of me. There are no words to express my gratitude!!! I am very lucky to have found such a profound Doctor and Endoscopy Office!!!!!!!
The facilities and procedure & Operations were State of the Art, to in unbelievably neat, and clean, the supporting nursing team were incredibly professional, friendly and kind. I can’t say enough about the doctor, he’s was incredible. However I have a major problem and issue with the receptionist. After checking in, she told me my wife should leave the waiting room and go upstairs to the first floor and wait there in the waiting room. After my procedure, I returned not to find my wife in the waiting room, but in the corridor or hallway. When she was called by receptionist if she can return, was told she can come in or just wait outside. How horrible! When returning from my procedure I did not see my wife in waiting room, she was I the hallway because she felt was not ok to be go back in waiting room! When going back to confront the receptionist, I asked why my wife was asked to leave the waiting room, only to see that all the other spouses and relatives of others were in the waiting room. So were we singled out? Sad Day, horrible policy!!!
06/21/2025 Nurses are great. DR. Esposito was wonderful. My husband's appointment was at 10 am, we got there at 9:45 am by 10:30 am he was already in the back with IV and by 11:45am his procedure( colonoscopy/ endoscopy) was over and he was in recovery. I would definitely recommend this place and their staff. Wonderful experience.
The nurses, anesthesiologists, and Dr. Nyitray were so wonderful and accommodating for my colonoscopy. I had practically no wait time. I would definitely recommend them!
